Dates: December 2023 cohort: Mondays (During Christmas week we will meet on Wednesday December 27th)

December 4, 11, 18, 27 (substitute for Christmas Day)

Time: 12 PM-12:30 PM EST or 8 PM-8:30 PM EST (select the session that works best for your schedule).

Where: We have a private online community with app access only open to current members.
